23plus8 is a young innovative organisation offering house music and live acts that go beyond improvisation.
People don't just want to listen to music anymore, they want to experience it!
23plus8 started in 2005 from the wish of two young artists to combine their talents.
Joost Caliente spinning house records in clubs, and Marcussion, playing the percussion, knew they could move the crowd more together, then that they already did seperately.
They are the founders of what we call house-tainment. Combining house music with live entertainment, making it more vivid for the crowd, enhance the experience and asure maximum impact!
Since then, the 23plus team has grown, to a group of enthousiastic artists. People who love there work, know what they are doing, and know how to play the crowd. All members of a team, that work together, come up with new acts together and practice together.
That is why our acts go beyond improvisation. Because the 23plus8 artists have so much experience playing together, they can create moments that they have invented before. This makes them more intense and exiting. To make sure the crowd goes wild, that is what we stand for!
Next to performing in clubs and at events all over the Netherlands, you can find the 23plus8 artists at our own clubnight 'Eenendertig'. With 'Eenendertig' we go even further. Not only do we combine house music with live-entertainment, we also combine different subcultures, keeping the night surprising for the crowd every time.
